About order cancellation
Cancellations can only be made within 60 minutes of placing your order and if the status is "New Reception". The procedure for canceling an order is as follows.
1. Log in.
2. Open My Page and click "Order History/Shipping Status" from the list.
3. From the Pre-Shipping tab, click the "Confirm/Change/Cancel Order Details" button for the order you wish to cancel. *If cancellation is not possible, the "Cancel" button will not be displayed.
4. Your order details will be displayed. Check the items you wish to cancel your order for and enter the cancellation quantity.
5. Click the "Confirm" button displayed below your order details.
6. The cancellation details will be displayed. Check that there are no errors, and then click the "Complete" button.
7. The order cancellation procedure is complete.
Notes on order cancellation
*Please note that once your order has been canceled, we will not be able to make any changes.
*After placing your order, you cannot change to a different color, size, or other product. If you wish to change your order, please cancel and purchase the desired product again from the online store.
About returns and exchanges
Returns due to customer reasons such as ``It's different from the image'' or ``The size doesn't fit'' will be accepted if the following ``conditions for return'' are met. *Please be sure to check.
We will only respond to customers who are registered members.
Please note that if you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the item after your order has been confirmed and shipped, we may refuse to re-order or re-ship the item.
In that case, please note that all shipping and handling charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

* The condition of the product (including box and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered.
* Products whose packaging has been opened (CDs whose packaging is part of the product, etc.)
*Products ordered using the gift wrapping service
* Hygiene products such as underwear, socks, earrings, perfumes, and insoles, care products, and products with opened packaging.
* Reserved items, sale/outlet items, back-order items, reserved items, lucky bags/lucky boxes, and items that have had their size exchanged once.
* Valuable items such as accessories/jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, wallets, sunglasses, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
* Tank tops, T-shirts, etc. that cannot be tried on.
Regarding damage to accessories, scratches, etc.
Basically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to damage or damage to the product's box or other packaging, as the package may be damaged from the time of delivery.

*If you order by credit card and it is possible to cancel the payment, we will cancel the payment. If the payment cannot be canceled, we will process the payment by bank transfer. Please note that if you pay by credit card, the split fee will not be refunded.

Return costs

About changing payment method after ordering
We do not accept changes to the payment method after placing your order.
Regarding cash on delivery (e-collect) or credit, changes can be made at the time of payment, so please ask the delivery driver.
